Quality Care Transportation, Inc. is now hiring: Part Time Type III School Mini Van Drivers.
QCT, Inc. is well known throughout central Minnesota for their customer focused and reliable service. We are looking for drivers who are compassionate towards children, reliable and safe, to meet the increased demand for Type III/Special needs school transportation.
-Routes available in Minneapolis/Saint Paul and the surrounding metro area.
-Park the van at your home. No fees for this, like other companies require.
-Bonus and incentive programs.
-Summer work available.
-3.5 weeks paid bonus hours in the summer, whether you decide to work or not!
-We pay for all fees, maintenance, gas and insurance.
-Updated technology in every vehicle.
-No experience necessary.
-Paid training provided.
-New, clean, safe vans.
-No special license needed.
-We pay to keep your MNDOT card up to date.
-Pay bumps. Work 16 hours, we pay you for 20. Work 21 hours, we pay you for 25. This goes up to 29 hours a week.
-Guaranteed 15 hours in a five day work week.
-Hourly wage is $15/hour in a minivan with possibility of moving into a larger van, if desired. Our drivers average between $15-$20/hour when you include pay bumps, incentives, bonuses and paid vacation.
Qualifications:
– Valid Minnesota Class D license
– Ability to pass a MNDOT Physical
– Ability to pass a Criminal Background Check
– Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check
– Availability from both 6 a.m. – 10 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. – 5 p.m. Monday thru Friday (Note: must be available for both times, not just one)
